The aim of Alerta detectives is the planning and carrying out of private investigation, an activity regulated by Law 23/92 of July 30th of Private Security, published in the B.O.E. and dated August 4th,1.992.

Legal authorization

Alerta detectives operates in Zaragoza according to the above mentioned Law, and the afterwards development of its Regulations. Our activity was made official and effective through national license nº 1.342 granted by the General Police Department (Dirección General de la Policía).
Furthermore, Alerta Detectives guarantees that any detective taking part in an investigation process has an effective legal permit.

Vouching

Alerta detectives guarantees support in Court in order to confirm the content of the briefs issued for clients.

Contract

Alerta detectives has sample contracts and estimated budgets at the clients' disposal for each service to be provided. All of them are clearly understandable, exceptionally adapted to the clients' demands and reasonable according to reality.

Fees

Alerta detectives bases its estimates on standardized price tables at the clients' disposal for consulting each affair to be dealt with. These tables guarantee that the system used to calculate the final amount to be paid is clear and reliable.
